About Parker

Parker has over 17 years of civil engineering and land surveying experience. He began his career as a surveyor, which gives him great insight as to what is needed on construction sites and how to tailor construction documents to best be utilized by the field crews. His extensive work with legal descriptions and plats gives him an advantage on master plans and the platting process. His main focus recently has been on-site development for commercial and residential projects. His professional strengths are in roadway, grading design, sewer, and water.

He has worked throughout the valley on many projects, including Phoenix, Goodyear, Peoria, Paradise Valley, Buckeye, City of Maricopa, Casa Grande, Surprise, and Gilbert. Key areas of expertise include computer-based civil design and drafting, hydrology and hydraulics analysis, infrastructure design, and project management. Land development experience includes master planning, preparing tentative and final plats, preparing grading and drainage plans and design reports, stormwater pollution prevention plans and reports, street improvement plans, public and private water and sewer plans and design reports, interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials.
