Kristina brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development, along with 15 years of specialized work in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry. Her background spans civil engineering, land planning, land surveying, stormwater management, and water/wastewater services, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the sectors she supports.
As Director of Business Development, Kristina drives CVL’s growth strategy by securing new clients, winning high‑profile projects, and expanding the firm’s presence in key markets. She works closely with leadership across agencies including the City of Phoenix, City of Peoria, City of Buckeye, City of Mesa, Town of Gilbert, Arizona State University and many others to understand capital priorities and position CVL for upcoming opportunities. Kristina leads strategic marketing efforts and multimedia campaigns that enhance the firm’s visibility, while guiding pursuit strategies to ensure strong alignment between client needs and CVL’s capabilities. She also plays a central role in advancing companywide strategic initiatives, contributing to successful market expansion and sustained revenue growth.
Throughout her tenure at CVL, Kristina has developed strategic marketing programs, strengthened the firm’s brand presence, and supported long‑term business growth through targeted outreach and relationship development. Her ability to connect market intelligence with client needs helps position CVL for competitive opportunities across the region.
Kristina previously served on the Town of Paradise Valley Planning Commission, where she provided recommendations on a broad range of land‑use matters, including subdivision plats, lot splits, zoning ordinance amendments, Special Use Permits, and General Plan updates.
She is also committed to community service, dedicating her time to organizations such as StreetLightUSA, Horses with Heart, and Arizona Angels for Children.
