Fred has over 50 years of diversified civil engineering experience, specializing in large-scale development and construction projects. The breadth of his experience ranges from public works projects, large subdivisions, and master planned communities to a major highway bridge, power line, and sewer line projects. Fred has been responsible for team management, project planning, and client and agency coordination for over 300 residential and commercial developments.
His experience also includes a number of major public works engineering projects in the Phoenix Area. Those projects include the design of large-scale water and wastewater systems in the Cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, and the Town of Paradise Valley. Other facets of his experience include unique water storage facility projects for the Berneil Water Company, innovative stormwater retention systems in the City of Mesa, and the design of the largest single private roadway constructed in the State of Arizona.
