Certificate of Appreciation St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance
Congratulations and thank you to everyone at CVL for participating in the food drive and donations to help St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance.  There are 2 million Arizonans living at or below the Federal poverty line and a majority of them are recipients of St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance emergency food box program.  Your contributions have helped to feed an incredible amount of hungry people in our communities.

CVL and Feed My Starving Children

We were honored to participate in a volunteer services with Feed My Starving Children.

Our wonderful staff at CVL packed 109 boxes at the charity location in Mesa that will be delivered to children in underdeveloped countries.  As usual, we had an enjoyable time.

Feed My Starving Children has seven packing locations in Minnesota and Arizona where volunteers pack food that is delivered to hungry children in 81 countries around the world.

At CVL, we are just as passionate about helping communities as much as we are about building them.  This year, the avid cyclists in our group participated in the annual 150 mile Bike MS event in Phoenix, helping to raise more funds for people living with Multiple Sclerosis than any other charity.

The MS 150 bike event with lots participants. Coe Van Loo cyclists ready to start the MS 150 bike event.

The CVL Service Committee would like to thank everyone that participated in our Adopt a Family Event. Please see the attached flier for what we were able to accomplish.

The Service Committee is grateful for the participation that we have seen with our events. If you have any ideas for future services events or would like to help with planning the next one, look out for an email in January for an invitation to our next CVL Service Committee meeting!

St. Mary's Food Bank CANstruction

CVL collaborated with Weitz Company and Swaback Partners to participate in Saint Marys Foodbank CANStruction. Together they built a 10’ tall structure out of cans. The structure was on display at the Phoenix Convention Center for 2 weeks. All cans used in the structure were donated to Saint Mary’s after the project. The structure was titled REN (Chinese letter for people), based off of a building design in China.
