Project Description: Located northeast of the intersection of East Rio Verde Drive and 172nd Street, Trilogy at Verde River is a 500 acre master planned community with 18 parcels/phases and approximately 1,285 lots.

Like the communities of Tonto Verde and Rio Verde, the target profile for this community will be those seeking an adult golf oriented community with sufficient internal amenities. Phase 1 is being developed with custom lots and Phase 2 is currently being advertised and sold by Shea Homes. Plans for golf course renovation and at-risk grading for Parcels 3A & 4A were approved on second review and final engineering is underway for Parcels 3B & 4A.

CVL is providing construction administration services for the golf course and collector road. All site development aspects of the project were coordinated by CVL during master planning and continue through final design and construction.
