Mr. Maxwell has six years of experience across nine states in the areas of commercial, solar, and for-lease residential development. He has delivered successful projects for NexMetro, Hillstone Homes, Christopher Todd Communities, Berkshire Hathaway, NRG, Target, and other grocery chains. Mr. Maxwell’s notable projects include a 77-acre Target shopping center in Fort Worth called “The Presidio,” the “City North” shopping center in Phoenix, and Southland Solar which was a 4,000-acre solar power plant adjacent to the Colorado River in Nevada. Nick has provided clients with excellent service in many areas from due diligence, to preliminary layouts and final construction drawings. He has also become an expert in single family for lease projects. His experience on over two dozen projects of this type has made him one of the leading engineers in the valley for this new and emerging product.

Mr. Grunden has more than 26 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, comprising planning, modeling, condition assessment, design, project management, construction inspection, and construction management. He has delivered water/wastewater projects for clients throughout Arizona; including City of Phoenix, City of Tempe, City of Mesa, City of Peoria, City of Goodyear, City of Yuma, Town of Carefree, Town of Gilbert, and Town of Queen Creek. He has also provided outstanding service to EPCOR Water, Arizona State University, ADOT, Community Water Company, Salt River Project, Gila River Indian Community, Ak-Chin Indian Community, Rosemount Copper, Freeport-McMoRan, Roosevelt Irrigation District, Adaman IWDD, Luke AFB, Far West Water and Sewer and many private clients.
