The students were interviewed for a potential job at Harkins Movie Theater. Armed with a set of suggested questions and information about the company CVL employees played the role of a Harkins manager asking the students questions ranging from “Why do you want to work here?” to “If you were a brand of cereal, what brand would you be?” Once the interview was complete, feedback was provided to the students to better prepare them for future job interviews.
