Project Description: New roadway design of a two-mile extension and widening of Queen Creek Road through the City of Chandler and Town of Gilbert. Project included design of roadway cross section that conformed to both agency needs and requirements. The project also included coordination with Salt River Project in relation to 230 KV power line location, Roosevelt Water Conservation District irrigation pre-cast canal structure crossing, equestrian trial box culvert crossing, access coordination with existing property owners adjacent to the project
Peoria Avenue
One Mile Improvement
Surprise, Arizona
Services Provided: Civil Engineering,Storm Water Management, Land Planning
Project Description: This project scope of work includes full street improvements for one mile of Peoria Avenue for the City of Surprise as part of the City CIP program. The project includes paving, grading, drainage, signing, striping, water line installation, dry utility relocation, and street light installation. Plan review and coordination included involvement with Maricopa County Department of Transportation.
