Project Description:  Site renovations at an independent senior living facility for the catholic based Foundation for Senior Living. Site improvements include new residential units, an expanded parking area, site trails, and community gardens.  The site grading plan also included a new solution to existing flooding within an existing portion of the property.  The offsite drainage flows were re-routed around the existing and new portions of the property to eliminate the future potential flooding.  New water, sewer, and dry utilities were also installed to the new residential units.
