Project Description: Located northwest of the intersection of Queen Creek Road and Alma School Road, Mariposa is a 24-acre master-planned community consisting of approximately 199 lots.

The property is a uniquely shaped piece of infill land between the existing Clemente Ranch development and a Commercial Center on the northwest corner of the intersection.  The unique shape stems from the property being the last remaining part of the original Dobson Family Farm.

The Mariposa development will be a mixed-use neighborhood with diverse home product offerings consisting of single-family, cluster, and paired home products.
