Project Description: The Crystal Ridge community is comprised of approximately 660 acres.  The property is located on the southern hills of the City of Henderson, Nevada.  The hill side project required extensive planning, town hall meetings, and communication with the city of Henderson planning department and commissioners.  The project completion would consist of 313 custom lots with most of them having direct views of the Las Vegas valley and the strip.  In order to provide views to most of the lots, the streets where single loaded and terraced with rock walls for retaining.  There is approximately 31 miles of lineal rock walls within Crystal Ridge.

In addition to community housing, CVL also designed the potable water infrastructure system, including two pumping stations and three reservoir sites.  The reservoir sites and pump stations are hidden within the mountain site with access roads of up to 15% slopes.
