Project Description: CVL was contracted by City of Phoenix to design upgrades to three BPSs with new pumps and electrical improvements along with designing a 6-inch HDPE water main to replace the existing 4-inch main. The project area has many physical constraints including numerous underground utilities, narrow winding roadways, limited access, bedrock at the surface, highly corrosive soils, and limited as-built information.
