Project Description: The Town of Chino Valley intended to acquire portions of the City of Prescott water system, the Chino Valley Irrigation District, and eight water companies in its vicinity. CVL provided the Town with Water Company Valuations for the eight private water systems the Town intends to acquire.

In addition, CVL developed a comprehensive planning tool for the Town in the form of a 10-Year Water Master Plan, which includes a Capital Improvement Plan.  A Water and Wastewater Rate Study was also provided, which included water and wastewater connection or development fees.
