Project Description: Located at the SWC of Lincoln Drive and 56th Street, The Mountain Shadows Resort is an 80 acre development, which includes a golf course, residential, and retail.

CVL is currently engaged in several projects with two owners to renovate the resort, including site re-grading, construction of the resort hotel, retail property and condominium property.  A Master Drainage Concept Report, Water Master Plan, Wastewater Master Plan and the preparation of site and roadway improvement drawings have been completed.

CVL is also providing construction phase services including submittal review, record drawing preparation and certification of testing.
