Project Description:  A  9-acre school site including a soccer field. This project included producing plans of offsite and onsite paving, grading, private sewer, and water, landscape, water and sewer hydraulic calculations, and neighbor presentations as well as coordination with the building, mechanical, structural, plumbing and electric. This project had quite a bit of APS, southwest gas and cox coordination with the existing site.
