Project Description: For this project CVL completed the preliminary design and development drawings and final engineering related to the gym and classroom expansion.  The project is located in the City of Phoenix within an existing school campus.  Project improvements included demolition of existing playground and classroom facilities and construction of a new gym and classroom complex.  An expanded parking area and new outdoor basketball court and play ground were also incorporated into the design.  CVL completed the final engineering construction drawings including paving, grading, water, sewer, fire line, and storm water management plan.
