Project Description: CVL provided preliminary site design to optimize the use of the landlocked SRP site. Preliminary design included; parking layout, drainage improvements, demolition plans and water/sewer improvements.

CVL provided cost estimates for each option to assist SRP in choosing how to use their site. CVL met with each department head to understand their unique needs and constraints, then provided a holistic site design that was beneficial to all users.
