Services Provided:  Civil engineering, site planning, drainage design and topographical survey.

Project Description: CVL provided preliminary site design options to accommodate the increase of staff for this project. This involved ungrounding detention basins and open channels to make room for more parking and storage space. Design included parking layout, drainage improvements, demolition plans, and water/sewer improvements.

CVL provided cost estimates to help SRP obtain funding for the project. CVL met with each department head to understand their unique needs and constraints and recommended a comprehensive site design that satisfied all site users.
