Project Description: CVL was contracted to plan for expansion of an existing warehouse and office at the Ping Golf Manufacturing Site. The project consisted of a 76,000 square foot building expansion split across three phases.

CVL planned the mitigation of an existing retention basin to allow for it to be paved over and additional parking spaces to be constructed. CVL ensured phase limits were established to facilitate business operations to continue during construction.
