Project Description: This project entailed creation of a mixed-use office complex located along Main Street in downtown Parker. The two buildings consist of first floor retail space with office suites on the second and third stories. The project scope consisted of providing site planning and engineering, utility designs, drainage system design and stormwater detention facility design.
