While Mr. Garcia is well versed in a variety of small- and large-scale public, private, and residential projects, his most notable projects consist of the City of Phoenix Weldon Drainage Study and the Ritz Carlton Resort in Paradise Valley. During his time with the stormwater group, he has gained extensive knowledge of technical programs such as HEC-RAS, HEC-1, and FLO-2D.

We applaud Mr. Garcia’s relentless work ethic and his newly acquired certification!
