Project Description: McDowell Corridor may be called Scottsdale Entrada with a 27-acre mixed use development, covering more than one million square feet.

Working in conjunction with Nelson Partners, CVL will provide civil engineering services for the master planning of this urban type development includes nine structures of four stories up to 48 feet with 184 residential units with underground parking, a 284 room hotel, 566KSF office space and parking, and a 10.6KSF retail building with next door restaurant.
