Services Provided: Survey, land development,  and drainage CLOMR/LOMR.

Project Description: Updates to the previous land and construction plans preparation for 1,800 single-family homes. This project reworks the previously started project in which many of the home sites enjoy lake access from the rear yard.  Using advanced modeling techniques, CVL was able to obtain an approved Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA for this project.  Overall the project was redesigned to increase the overall project lot count.  This helped to increase revenue for the client while at the same time adjust lot sizes to meet current real estate market demands.  CVL was able to call on its expertise and long-standing relationship with the City of Maricopa, Global Water Resources, Pinal County, and ED3 in the review and approval of this project.
